Overview
If you think you have great communication skills and you are able to lead groups and share your experience, the General Secretary of SMUN2030 invites you to join our team of “Chair’s”. This position requires a working knowledge of the SMUN203 Rules of Procedure and a professional presence on the dais. Chair applicants should have prior Model United Nations experience. If you are interested in collaborating as part of the Chair’s Team of SMUN2030 Barcelona to be held at St Peter’s School from June 10 – 12th, fill in the following form and let us know you a little better.

Este puesto requiere un conocimiento práctico de las Reglas de Procedimiento de SMUN2030 y una presencia profesional en el estrado. Los candidatos a presidente deben tener experiencia previa en el Modelo de las Naciones Unidas. Our Team
Ignacio Corroto
Secretary-General
Ignacio studied Law and Business Administration at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (UAM) and, during this period, he discovered the world of Model United Nations (MUNs), participating in events all over the world (London, Paris, Rome, Sarajevo, Melbourne…), founding two MUNs and designing a training system under which the UAM MUN society won 30 awards in national and international conferences in one season.
Currently, Nacho works as a consultant within Esade CLS and manages MUN IN THE CLASSROOMS, a MUN academy he founded where high-schoolers train soft skills such as public speaking, leadership, teamwork and negotiation, with currently +450 students.
Luis Alberola

Luis Alberola Tasso is a third-year student of the Double Degree on Interna-tional Relations and Law at the University of Navarre. He was born in Barce-lona, Spain, and has lived in Pamplona ever since he started College. Graduating from the European International School of Barcelona, MUN has always been one of its passions. Other than MUN, he is also an enthusiast of cooking, contact sports, and has developed a particular interest in inter-national politics, especially everything involving the Visegrad Group and the Russian sphere of influence.
With around 6 years of experience and 13 MUN conferences in his resume, Luis has assisted to several international conferences, including PORGMUN, BCNMUN, OberMUN, UNMUN twice, and BIMUN thrice. Having chaired four international conferences and a single local one, this MUN will account as his sixth time chairing. This will be the fourth time that Luis has chaired in BIMUN, he is eager to assume for the first time the role of Crisis Designer, and hopes to have a fantastic time at SMUN2030.
Andrés Morales

Andrés was born in Montevideo in 2003, he was strongly interested in politics and diplomacy from an early age, so he developed great interest in MUN’s and in the diplomatic world. That led him into participating in numerous MUN’s (IMUN 2018, THIMUN 2019, etc).
Currently, Cheito is studying Law at the Universitat de Barcelona (UB), he is a part-time writer (ghost-writer and amateur journalist) involved in politics, as well as MUN’s as a hobby not only in order to gain experience in debates, but also to have some fun. He is always open to meet new people
